If you're having trouble logging into your Keyword Titan (KT) account please review the following information below:

#1.  Please ensure you're not attempting to login to your KT account on more than one computer at a time.  Your license allows one user at a time.  That also applies to the KT API only if you use the API service.  You can't use the KT web interface and the API at the same time.

#2.  Your account might be expired or your subscription cancelled.  If you are unsure if that is the case please submit a ticket by clicking the Email Us link and include your PayPal receipt details in your ticket.

#3.  Please ensure you're logging in with the username and password you set up immediately following your purchase.  The username and password field for KT is case sensitive

If you don't recall your password you can reset it here at this site:

Be sure to check your spam folder for your main email and your Paypal email addresses, if you don't see the reset email within 10 minutes.

#4.  When entering your username and password you must double check to ensure you don't have blank spaces before or after the username and password that you input.
